The Application Process

To Complete this application form you will need to submit the following information 

​

  • Name of sponsor. This must be the Grand Master of the Order that has sponsored you.​

  • Reason for application stating clearly why you wish to join the association.

  • A brief history of your Order including when it was formed how the GM was elected, copy of your constitution, copy of your Order Oath and any insignia, copy of Order structure in terms of ranks. 

  • Evidence of Investitures being held 

  • Copies of any affiliation or friendship agreements made with other Orders.

  • A full list of any Priories with names of the Grand Priors and contact details for example email addresses of the Grand Priors.

  • Photograph of the Grand Master.

  • Completion of Declaration of your Christian Faith and non alignment to any banned political parties.

All of the above can be submitted as a pdf uploaded onto the application section of the web site. Your application will then be vetted and the Association secretary will contact you with any additional evidence they might require.

Next Stage

​

Once you have passed the vetting process, at the next full Association meeting a vote will be cast as to whether or not your application has been successful.

​

Once the vote has been cast if accepted you will be informed and then after the registration fee has been paid you will be invited to the next Association meeting which you will be expected to attend as per the guidelines set out in the Association Document.
